Tommy’s Express, the Michigan-based car wash franchise, has announced the acquisition of Navigate Creative Works, a provider of strategic marketing, branding, and advertising services including graphic design, web development, brand strategy, digital and social marketing, and video production. As part of the acquisition, Navigate president Rob Stam will be assuming the role of director of marketing for Tommy’s Express and its sister company, Tommy Car Wash Systems.
