If you are a car washer and Chicago is your kind of town, you’re in luck. The International CarwashAssociation is taking its annual event — The Car Wash Show™ — to the Windy City this year. The show returns to McCormick Place in Chicago March 30 to April 2 after a 12-year absence.

The New Investor Seminar — a full-afternoon presentationon Sunday, March 30 — precedes the official start of the show on Monday morning, March 21 when the education program gets the ball rolling at 8:30 a.m. Seminars are scheduled at times that do not interfere with trade show hours, allowing attendees to devote their undivided attention to both. The educational sessions are again categorized by subject matter: businessmanagement (identified in the schedule below by the letter “B” behind the session title), marketing and brand strategy (“M”), and operations. Details about the operations sessions were not available at press time and, as a consequence, are not included in the schedule of events.

New on the schedule this year are the Chicago Car Wash Tour on Sunday afternoon and the Networking Dinners on Tuesday evening. Separate registration is required for both events.

Daymond John and Robert Herjavec from the ABC hitseries “Shark Tank” will present a special keynote at the show. Daymond John is the successful fashion icon behind theFUBU brand, as well as a highly sought-after branding expert, author, consultant, and business speaker. Robert Herjavec is a technology entrepreneur who has sold two tech companies and now heads an IT security and infrastructure integration firm,The Herjavec Group.
