The Southwest Car Wash Association’s Annual Convention and Car Wash Expo for 2022 is scheduled to take place from Sunday, February 27 through Tuesday, March 1 at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, TX.

The association has announced a new partnership with Austin, TX-based Innovation Event Management (IEM) for the convention registration and Expo management of the 2022 event. Chuck and Jane Space will continue to manage the overall convention including the education and speaker content. Andrea Stout, partner with IEM, will lead the firm’s team.
The exhibits open following the CEO Forum, which kicks off the event on Sunday morning. In all, between Sunday and Monday, the event offers attendees nine hours of visiting time with exhibitors, who will be occupying over 80,000 square feet of exhibit space.
The ever-popular Idea Exchanges — one each for conveyor/exterior washes, self-serve/in-bay automatic washes, and detailing operations — follow the roundtable discussions on Monday morning. The general session is next, featuring the former speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Newt Gingrich, as keynote speaker. Gingrich is chairman of Gingrich 360, a full-service consulting, education, and media production company based in Arlington, VA. He is a Fox News contributor, podcast host (Newt’s World), and syndicated columnist. He is the author of 41 books, including 18 fiction and nonfiction New York Times best sellers. His latest books include Beyond Biden and Shakedown. Recognized internationally as an expert on world history, military issues, and international affairs, Newt Gingrich is the longest-serving teacher of the Joint War Fighting course for Major Generals. He also teaches officers from all six services as a distinguished visiting scholar and professor at the National Defense University.
