The NASCAR K&N Pro Series returned to Phoenix International Raceway for the Casino Arizona 50, the final race of the 2012 season. The K&N Pro Series race was a companion race to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, NASCAR Nationwide Series, and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series at the Phoenix NASCAR Track on November 9-11, 2012.

Brian Wong raced the PECO Car Wash Systems Toyota into a top 10 position and then began experiencing a rear tire failure, which affected the handling of the racecar. Being an experienced driver, Wong kept the car out of trouble to come home with a solid 16th place finish.
