PECO Car Wash Systems has announced a new tunnel construction project by Old Dominion Car Wash Services at Flagstop car wash in the mid-Atlantic region. Old Dominion has been active in the full-service, express-exterior, and self-serve business as well as gas and lube centers for over 30 years.
The 105-foot Flagstop express wash in Hopewell, VA is on the site of an old eight-bay self-serve wash that Flagstop has owned since 1983. The decision was made to demolish the old self-serve and rebuild the site as a $5 express exterior wash. This is one of seven sites that Flagstop owns and operates in the Richmond, VA area.
