National Carwash Solutions (NCS), manufacturer of commercial car wash systems and cleaning-fluid solutions and provider of maintenance services, has announced a partnership with Independence, MO-based car wash distributor NuLook Car Care Inc. effective September 20, 2017.
NuLook is a MacNeil Wash Systems distributor and has been in business for 34 years, serving car wash owners and operators in Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. NuLook will continue to provide service, sales, and support of the MacNeil tunnel system and expand its offerings to include Ryko in-bay car wash systems and the full line of CleanTouch chemicals.
A definitive agreement has been signed and the closing is subject to HSR and standard closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
