Magnolia Wash Holdings, an express car wash operator, announced the opening of a new car wash in North Carolina. Located at 427 Bridge Street in Washington, the facility opened as a Whistle Express Car Wash. The new location celebrated its Grand Opening on January 13 with a ribbon-cutting event in partnership with the mayor of Washington and the Washington-Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce. The express car wash also offers monthly Fast Pass memberships.
