ISTOBAL, the multinational vehicle-wash and -care solutions provider, has acquired Pacific Pride Carwash Company Inc., its distributor in Southern California, strengthening its presence in North America.
Pacific Pride is one of the main ISTOBAL distributors in the U.S. market. A leader in Southern California and with more than 20 years of experience in the sector, it is an approved supplier to the U.S. Armed Forces and has a large ISTOBAL customer base. Following the acquisition, the company, founded by Ed Staley and Lanai Staley, is now integrated into the American subsidiary ISTOBAL USA.
