International Car Wash Group (ICWG), the world’s largest local car wash company and the third largest owner of U.S. conveyor car washes, has announced two key appointments to its leadership team.

Ivona Adkins will serve in the uniquely titled position of chief people officer. She is tasked with identifying, developing, and implementing people practices and systems that enable ICWG brands to achieve best-in-industry performance, maximize growth, and unlock talent potential throughout the enterprise. In this role, she will draw upon 15 years of human resource expertise gained at companies including PepsiCo, Arrow Electronics, and Encana Oil and Gas.

Brian Goodman assumes the role of chief technology officer. Goodman is a respected technology leader with 20 years of experience from large enterprises to startups. His career highlights include three years at Kalibri Labs as CTO, three years at JP Morgan, and 13 years at IBM Corporation. A prolific inventor with more than 75 patents to his name, Goodman is also a published author.
