The International Carwash Association has announced the creation of a new event, the Women’s Leadership Experience, to be held November 14-15 at the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel in Chicago, IL.
According to the ICA, the event focuses on helping women build their individual talents while building relationships with other women. Initial planning allows for networking opportunities at an evening welcome reception on day one, while the second and final day is given over to several presentations, including Attracting and Retaining Women in the Car Wash Industry; Communications, Body Language, and Gender Differences; and Creating Your Village — Mentorship and Network Building.
