Hydrogen will be a major focus at the UNITI Expo, which takes place June 14-16, 2016 in Stuttgart, Germany. H2 MOBILITY Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG will be presenting hydrogen — the emission-free fuel — for the first time at this retail petroleum (and car wash) show, and, along with it, the service-station technology for deliveries, storage, refueling, and payment.
Hydrogen-powered fuel cell vehicles produce no particulate matter and neither climate-damaging CO2 nor nitrogen oxides that are known to damage the environment and can be harmful to human health. Hydrogen-powered vehicles can be refueled at a pump just like a conventional vehicle. At a pressure of 700 bar, it takes about three minutes to fill the tank. Hydrogen stations can be delivered as turnkey units and integrated into conventional filling stations. Today, they mostly consist of standardized components for storage, compression, and refueling.
Hydrogen dispensers and fuel cell cars will be on show at the UNITI Expo. For more information about the event, visit www.uniti-expo.com.
