Magnolia Wash Holdings has announced the grand opening of four rebranded car wash locations in Tennessee as Whistle Express Car Wash sites. To kick off the celebration, two of the new Whistle Express Car Wash locations hosted ribbon-cutting ceremonies on February 17 alongside the local chambers of commerce. Located at 7032 Lee Highway in Chattanooga, TN and at 2551 Dalton Pike SE in Cleveland, TN, Whistle Express Car Wash offered monthly Fast Pass memberships for a discounted rate of $9.99 a month, as well as free washes for all customers during the grand opening weekend (Friday-Sunday). These openings are a part of Magnolia’s greater efforts to expand across the state of Tennessee over the next couple of months, with plans to open three additional washes in Pigeon Forge, Dayton, and Sevierville
