Dayton, OH-based Flying Ace Express Car Wash has announced the donation of $3,070.18 to Hamilton’s Caring Closet, which provides Hamilton City School District students in need with a box of clothing, a coat, a pair of shoes, new underwear and socks, and basic toiletries. The donations were collected from Flying Ace Express customers at the company’s Hamilton grand opening/free wash week held January 3-12, 2020 at the 6560 Winford Ave. location.
During the grand opening, Flying Ace Express offered a free signature “Flying Ace” car wash ($15 value) to every customer in exchange for a monetary donation to Hamilton’s Caring Closet. Flying Ace Express also offered discounted retail gift cards with all proceeds donated back to Caring Closet. Throughout the grand opening period, Flying Ace Express gave away more than 1,930 free car washes.

The Caring Closet is dedicated to improving the lives of Hamilton City School District children in grades K-12 by providing clothing and basic necessities to those in need. In 2019, the Caring Closet provided more than 898 boxes of items to children in the Hamilton community.
