Paul Viens of Power of Excellence Auto Detailing in Fort Myers, FL was invited to the 2017 Florida RV Super Show at the Florida State Fairgrounds January 11 to appear in Velocity TV’s hit show “Competition Ready” as filming of its second season began.

This will be the second time Viens will be featured in the popular TV show. Because of his expertise in custom car paint, he worked on the basecoat and clear coat of a top-of-the-line Newmar RV whose paint job alone costs up to $30,000.

According to the show’s co-host, Mike Phillips from AutoGeek, this is the first RV competition they have ever featured on the show. “The focus of this show is ‘BIG’”, he said. “This will be the biggest challenge for the “Competition Ready” crew to date, and the biggest team I’ve ever assembled.”

The show’s second season will begin airing in April and run throughout the summer. Produced by the makers of “Car Crazy Central,” “Overhaulin’,” and the "Extreme" series, “Competition Ready” takes viewers behind the scenes for a look at what it takes to get a classic vehicle ready for competitions and for sale at auctions.

Paul Viens is a certified detailer and member of the International Detailing Association (IDA) and the Detailing Success Network. He is also a member of the 2013 Air Force One Detailing Team that does its work at the Seattle Museum of Flight.
