Cleaning Systems Inc. (CSI) of De Pere, WI has announced the hiring of Pat Hoggan as a new Lustra® regional sales manager covering central and northern California, as well as the state of Nevada. Hoggan is originally from McGill, NV. Following service in the United States Air Force, he began his career in the car wash industry in 1983. He currently resides in Orangevale, CA.
