Cleaning Systems Inc. (CSI®) of De Pere, WI has announced that its Lustra® Professional Car Care Products Facebook brand page has surpassed 100,000 fans in just over 10 months.

The Facebook page ( is designed as a car enthusiast page and has a two-fold purpose: first, to encourage brand recognition and, second, to serve as a content resource for CSI distributors and car wash customers around the globe.

Mercedes Mannino, CSI’s director of marketing, explained that while the company paid to advertise the page, the average “cost per like” was just 6 cents. “Given that the national cost per Facebook page like average is 76 cents, with the automotive/car care category averaging $1.13, to have achieved such highly cost-efficient growth is a remarkable success,“ she added.
