Cleaning Systems Inc. (CSI) of De Pere, WI has announced the appointment of Richard Wells as Lustra® regional sales manager covering southeast regions of the United States. Wells has been involved in the car wash industry since 1984 in positions across Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia. He was part of the management team at Wash Depot, and has also been an owner of two car washes with fast lubes and gasoline stations.
