Club Car Wash, a portfolio company of Wildcat Capital Management, has announced that it has acquired the eight express wash locations of St. Louis, MO-based car wash chain, Tidal Wave Express Car Wash, and partnered with Tidal Wave Express’s CEO to continue to accelerate Club Car Wash’s growth throughout the region.
Eight operating Tidal Wave Express locations, spanning from Fenton, MO to O’Fallon, IL, along with a ninth currently under construction in St. Charles, will be rebranded to Club Car Wash and will bring the total number of Club Car Wash sites in the St. Louis metropolitan area to 23. The transaction excludes three full service Tidal Wave Wash Center car washes with convenience stores and fuel stations.
