De Pere, WI-based Washworld Inc. has added SAVONA of the Netherlands to its roster of European distributors. Founded in 1968, the company is owned by Vincent Van den Dungen, who is the second generation in this family-owned car wash concern. Van den Dungen also serves as president of the Dutch Carwash Association.
SAVONA is a supplier to several oil companies, and manufactures self-serve car wash equipment. The company sells Washworld touchless systems as part of a turnkey program aimed at unattended sites and integrated with gas-station POS systems.
