Summit Wash Holdings has expanded its marketing team, adding Bert Kelly as the director of marketing & communications.  Bert joins the team from National Carwash Solutions (NCS) where he was a senior marketing manager. 
            Kelly’s career began in retail management, leading teams and driving revenue for some of the nation’s most prominent retailers. This hands-on experience provided him with invaluable insights into the intricacies of operations, customer service, and leadership.
            Kelly transitioned into marketing and account management nine years ago to broaden his horizons and gain a deeper understanding of the holistic customer experience. The fusion of retail management and marketing expertise gives him a distinct perspective on how operations, customer service, and marketing work together to build a seamless customer journey and drive revenue. 
            In the car wash industry, he worked on both the client and business side. At Suds Creative, he collaborated with and managed major brands such as Quick Quack, ModWash, and Go Car Wash. At NCS, he conceptualized, managed, and executed marketing campaigns for some of the largest car wash suppliers in the industry — including MacNeil, Ryko, Vacutech, Purclean, and TSS.
