On Saturday, September 8, Kwik Car Wash of Parker, CO hosted a fundraiser to support local resident Jenna Spille and the Gods Got This Foundation. Overall, the event raised $3,800. The Gods Got This Foundation was created in support of 15-year-old Jenna Spille in August 2012, after Jenna was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. All proceeds from the fundraiser will go to support Jenna and her family during this difficult time. Kwik Car Wash donated 50 percent of wash sales between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., while local youth and volunteers were on site vacuuming and towel drying vehicles, hosting a bake sale, and selling bracelets and T-shirts for additional donations. |
