Tucson, AZ-based Mister Car Wash and Lube Centers has acquired the former Turbo Express location at 1635 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT. The location has been closed for some time and will take a few months to return to operational status. The transaction was finalized on October 17, 2012. Mister Car Wash will now operate a total of six locations in the Salt Lake area.
Separately, the company announced the acquisition of Mr. Zippys Express Wash located at 1737 South Kansas Expressway, Springfield, MO. The transaction was finalized on October 23, 2012. The company now operates a total of four car washes and three lube centers in the Springfield area.
